We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at:

Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for replacement due to damage.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing selections
• Shipping delays once the item has been shipped
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
